For our Halloween party, I prepared these ghostly cupcakes. They tasted so good. People were asking for the recipe, so here it goes.
You will need:
- 1 French Vanilla cake mix (I used Duncan Hines)
 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
 - 1 1/3 cup water
 - 3 large eggs
 - 1/2 tsp baking powder

First, you need to sift the cake mix and place it in a bowl.
Mix everything with a mixer and place the mixture in the cupcake molds.
Place them in the oven for 20 minutes, at 160°C.
Let them cool completely.
For the icing you will need:
- 1 Philadelphia bar (190 gr)
 - 1/2 cup whipping cream
 - 3 tbsp icing sugar

First, you will need to start mixing the cream cheese, until it starts fluffing.
Then, add the whipping cream and keep mixing, at low speed, for 5 minutes. Blend at medium speed for 3 minutes and go back to low.
Add sugar and keep blending for 2 to 3 minutes.
Start placing the icing in top of the cupcakes.
For the ghosts eyes and mouth, I used mini dark kisses.
I topped with orange sugar half of the round cupcakes.
I used some chocolate sprinkles for the other half.
