Hawaiian BBQ Chicken

This cold weekend I wanted to use my slow-cooker, and I have a fixation with BBQ sauce, I just L-O-V-E it. So I went through the Internet and looked for a recipe that called my name LOL, so I found The Mommy Diaries blog, and there, Shannon described a very easy-to-make recipe, and sounded like full of flavor and joy! So, I decided to follow her instructions and make this delicious chicken.

So, I used:
  • 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
  • 1 can chunk pineapple (she said crushed or diced, I chose diced)
  • 4 skinless and boneless Tyson's chicken breasts (frozen)

First, take your Crockpot.

Now, place the chicken in the crockpot.

Look at this pineapple, looks yummy!

Throw it into the crockpot too.

Throw all the BBQ sauce bottle in there. Place it in low for 5 hours.

1.5 hours later...

I decided to stir until well blended and cover the pot again.

3 hours later...

 4.5 hours later...

I decided to serve it like a Torta. Looks yum!

My husband wanted his sandwich/torta with Monterey Jack shredded cheese, looks good right?!
