Quick-n-Easy Italian Bread


I prepared this bread for the Congrats Meat Pasta I cooked as a congratulations meal for my husband and me =)

It's really quick and easy! Just take two bread slices (can be regular bread, French bread, hot dog bread, burger bun, etc), drizzle some olive oil on top, shake a little salt & herbs and some basil. 


Place it in skillet at low heat for minutes. 


Turn and do the same thing on the other side.


Leave it there for 5 minutes.


I turned them again because I wanted them really crispy. You can decide how crispy you want them and leave them more or less time.


Looking good!


I served it with Congrats Meat Pasta. You can also place some tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on top! Just an idea...
