Cheesy Veggies Casserole

The hubs is a very picky person. Very picky. He's like a little child. Usually, when I add veggies to the meals I cook, he removes them from his plate and at the end, he leaves only the veggies. Can you believe that? I mean, he's a grown up! He's supposed to eat veggies happily =0) and by himself, but he doesn't. So I'm trying to discover and invent new recipes so that he will find veggies appealing. So I made this very easy-to-make veggies casserole.

Mini Corndogs & Cheesesticks

Ever since I was a child, I remember corndogs as one of my favorite snacks (do you know any child that doesn't like corndogs?). I love them, the mixture of flavors, both sweet and salty make me smile, and adding ketchup just makes it better.
I have always wanted to make them myself, but I had no idea how to make them. I looked at Ree's recipe and decided to make them.

Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Soup

Buffalo. Just say Buffalo and you have my complete attention. I just love Buffalo flavor. On chicken, on pizza, on chicken wings, on nuggets, on soup! And as you know from my previous post, I had leftovers from  the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, so I decided to make them a soup.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza

You know I love Buffalo-Chicken-Blue cheese blend. I just do. You can check my Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, my Cheesy Chicken Buffalo Soup or my Buffalo Dip. Tonight, I decided to make some "extra-crispy and extra-thin" buffalo spiced chicken and so much melting cheese pizza. I'm not kidding. You should definitely try this pizza, it's so good. Let me know what you think about it.

Banana Bread

For many weeks, I've been craving for banana bread and last Friday, my friend Ana came home and stayed with me (coz the hubs was on a business trip). We made Annie's recipe for Peanut Butter Cup Banana Bread, although I changed it just a little bit, as I always do. Her recipe makes 2 loaves, I made just 1.

Roasted Red Pepper Sauce Pasta

Since the first time I started looking at red pepper pasta sauce recipes, my mouth was melting. I wanted to try it and now, here's the recipe I made. Of course, as this was an experiment (so good, let me say) more ingredients than the previous picture were used. This sauce is sweet, I thought it would be more salty (not spicy) but it's not. It's sweet, it tastes very similar to carrot soup, you know? I was tempted to add mozzarella cheese, but I was not sure if the flavor would be affected (I guess it would). Here's my recipe.

Breakfast Sweet Sticky Bun

So, I pinned this breakfast bun from All Things Delicious and I've been wanting to try it for months... finally, I gathered everything I needed and made it for breakfast last Saturday. It was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S. They bread, on the inside was so warm and soft, so soft... like cotton... and on the outside, a crispy maple-and-brown-sugar taste... it's so worth it to give it a try. And it's real simple too!

Sun-Dried Tomato and Cheese Pasta

Mom made an artichoke and sun-dried tomatoes dip, so I was thinking about what could I make with it, because I served it on a dinner I had at home, then I served it to a dinner we had at my parents' home, then I  made two pizzas with it, and I still had about half of the dip! So I figured, I will make some pasta.
So, mommy came to stay with me one day, because the hubs was on a business trip, and I decided to make some delicious pasta for her and me.

Amaranth Cookies

The Amaranth, the best food for human consumption, is the most complete vegetable. It is one of the main sources of proteins, minerals and natural vitamins (A, B, C, B1, B2, B3), folic acid (those trying to get pregnant! hear me out!), niacin, calcium, iron and phosphorus. Also, it has a high content of amino acids like lysine.
I usually add around 4 tbsp of amaranth to my cereal plate. I use it on burger patties (if I don't have, I use oatmeal). So now, I said, why wouldn't I try cookies? And I started looking for different recipes and comparing what they used. The recipe that cought my eye was Chocorrol's recipe. Of course, as I always do, I changed it, but there were (still are) so good! And here we go.
