I love salads. I love potato. I like egg. So, why not make an egg potato salad? I've done potato salad. I've done egg salad. So I made a mix. Egg potato salad. And it was good. Really good. The hubs loved it. And I loved it too.

Pastel Azteca {Very Easy}

I had already posted another Pastel Azteca recipe, but this recipe is even easier! I just wanted to try both the green salsa (you can make your own with my recipe) and the canned chicken breast. I mean, I've tried the chicken but not in a pastel azteca.

Giant Double Chocolate Cookies
